Research Scientist工作职责
岗位职责：
Developformulations&implementnewrawmaterialswhichwillbeusedintheproductionplant(i.e.toimprovequality,reducecost,breakmonopolisticsituationwithsuppliers,etc)
进行配方开发及新原材料的引入与应用，以提高产品质量，降低成本，打破现有供应商的垄断依赖局面。
Managethetroubleshootinglinkedwithformulations,rawmaterialsorprocesswithproductionleaders
协同生产经理解决并处理涉及配方及原材料的任何难题。
DevelopfurthertheexistingmanufacturingprocessesbyintroducingnewtechnologiessupportedbyShanghai&GroupR&ICenter.(i.e.identifynewtechniquesforprinting,embossing,foaming,etc).
协助上海研发中心，完成新技术从实验室到工厂的引进，期间涉及到对现有生产流程做一些调整与开发，要求能熟知诸如印刷、压花、发泡等工艺。
WorkwiththefunctionsinrelationwithlocalR&D.(Environment,purchasing,marketing,production,design,…).
能与研发部门密切合作，协助完成其所涉及到的相应事宜，比如环境、采购、市场、生产、设计等。
Supportlocalimplementationofglobalprograms.
配合完成公司全球性项目在中国的引入与开展。
Makesurethatalltheaspectsregardingsafety,environmentandqualityareinalignmentwithTarkettobjectives.
确保工厂在安全、环境及质量方面的各种要求与规范，与Tarkett集团保持一致。
Supportcontactswithexternalbodies(researchinstitutes,suppliers,etc).
维护公司的外部资源，包括与研究机构、供应商的合作。
Nurturethepipelineofnewideasandproposeopportunitiesofnewdevelopments.
保持创新思路并适时提出一些新的技术开发
Supportexternalandinternalbenchmarkingstudiestodriveproductinnovationandtoidentifyareasforimprovement.
负责国内外同行的标杆产品研究，以此驱动产品创新与升级
任职要求：
Strongknowledgeinpolymer,textile,andchemistrySkillsinmanagementofR&Dprojectsatalocallevel.Internationalopenness,multiculturalexperience,verygoodteamwork,willingnesstolearn,curiosityaswellassoundEnglishlanguageskillsarealsoneeded.Bachelordegreewithmin3-5yearsexperiences,masterdegreeisanadvantage.
深厚的高分子、纺织及化学知识功底并具备管理研发项目的常规技能。具有外企工作经验并接受多元化文化氛围。具备良好的团队精神及强烈的学习欲望。优良的英语运用技能。本科学历以上，并拥有3-5年的相关经验；硕士学历优先
