普通机加工工作职责
岗位职责：
Extensiveservicingandmaintenanceofcomplexoperatingassets,
主要负责机加工设备、测试设备、厂务设备的日常维护和故障维修
Workinginshifttocarryingoutpreventivemaintenanceaccordingtothescheduleandtroubleshootingonproductionequipmentandfacilitysystems.
维护技术员倒班出勤，负责生产设备和厂务设备的预防性维护和故障维修。
Independentmalfunctiondiagnosisandrepairofhydraulic,mechanicandpneumaticcomponentsofallmachinesaswellascarryingouttestsindependently.
能够独立进行液压机构、机械传动、电气传动和的故障诊断和测试。
Documentationonmaintenanceandtroubleshooting,findoutrootcausefromrepeatedmalfunctionsandcarryouteffectivepreventions.
进行故障维修记录，对多发故障进行分析找出根本原因并实施有效预防措施。
Developandmaintainsafe,eco-friendlyandLEANworkingmannersbycomplyingwithEHSrelatedcodesandinternalregulations.
遵守EHS相关的法律法规和内部的规章制度，保持并完善安全、环保和精益的工作方式。
Routinemanagementofsparepartsandtools.
进行备件和工具日常管理
Managementofoilstorage.
油品和其它化学品的管理。
Supportandparticipateinbuildingservicesandfacilitymaintenance
支持和参与厂务系统的维护和故障处理
任职要求：
Technicalschooldegreeorabove,majoredinmechanicengineeringorclosemajors.
中专以上学历，机械工程或其它相近专业。
3yearsofworkexperience.
三年以上工作经验。
ProcessknowledgeandskillsofCNCcenters,conventionalmachiningmachines.
具有数控机加工中心、普通机加功设备的相关知识和技能。
Knowledgeofmaintenancetechniques,suchasassembly/disassemblyofmotorandgearbox,hydraulicpump,cylinder,manufacturingofspecialpartsandtools…
具有机械维护的相关技能，例如电机和齿轮箱的拆装和装配，液压站的拆装和装配，特殊零部件和工具的制作等等。
PCknowledgeandexperiencesinMSOffice
可以熟练使用办公软件。
Capacityforteamwork,target-orientedworkingmethod.
具有团队合作、目标导向的工作方法。
Abilityofindependentandself-dependentworkingwithhighdedication
具有独立解决问题的能力。
BasicEnglishskillstounderstandEnglishdocumentsisdesirable
基本的英语读写能力优先考虑。
ProcessknowledgeandskillsonMAZAKCNCcentersandmachiningequipmentwillbemostlypreferred.
具有马扎克数控加工中心和其它机床的相关知识和经验优先考虑。
