Production Foreman工作职责
岗位职责：
1.开关电镀生产线和废水，纯水处理系统。

2.明确了解电镀检验图，设置电镀生产线和换线。
Knowclearlyplatingchecklist,Setupandconvertplatinglineforpartstobeplated.
3.进行在线外观检查,结合力测试,厚度检查,可焊性测试。
Conducton-linevisualinspection,adhesiontest,thickness,solderabilitytest.
4.进行在线质量检查,如电镀厚度,电镀区域.监控并调整导电电极,水洗,风刀,导轮,镀槽温度,电流/电压和镀槽液位。
Conductqualitychecksonplatedthickness,platedarea.Monitorandadjustelectricalcontactrinse,air-knife,roller,bathtemperature,andcurrent/voltage&solutionlevel.
5.填写生产记录和表单。
Fillupproductionrecordsandcharts.
6.进行每周电镀线维护：
Performweeklybathmaintenance:
-更换药水；
-Changechemicals.
-清洗和添加阳极；
-Cleanandtopupanodes.
-检查或更换导电电极；
-Checkorchangecontacts.
-清理镀槽中的掉针和端子,端子,产品。
-Removelosepins,terminals,productinthecells
7.培训操作员设置电镀生产线。
Trainoperatorsinset-upoflines.
8.调整/更换刷布和其它电镀治具。
Adjust/changebrushclothandothertoolingduringproduction.
9.维持工作区域的整洁卫生。
Maintainsgoodhousekeepinginworkarea.
10.提醒并督促检验员检验所有其所辖电镀生产线。
StandinforQCinspectortoconductQCchecksonallstrandsinhisabsence.
11.参与制程改善。
Continueprocessimprovement;
12.协助领班确保生产产出，及时反馈相关异常。

13.确保顺利交班。

14.对所授权管辖产线的Set-up时间/达成率，品质负责。

任职要求：
1.高中或中专以上学历。

2.电镀相关工作年限2年以上。
