岗位职责:

负责埃森哲公司内部跨境人员流动政策下为员工提供端对端服务支持/税务支持。协助TaxVendor计算所得税,包含税收成本估计、纳税年度结束时纳税申报和解决上项目员工及项目经理咨询的相关问题。

任职要求:

日语N1,英语四六级,熟练的双语听说读写能力。

专业不限,财务经验不限。

JobSummary

PeopleMobilityisaservicedeliveryfunctionwithinAccenturewhichprovidesend-to-endsupporttoouremployeestravelingortransferringonanycross-border,peoplemobilitypolicy.TheTaxanalystneedstoassistresourcesgoingoncrossborderassignmentsonpermanentortemporarybasiswiththeirrelocationtaxationneeds.Themainjobresponsibilityistoassisttaxvendortocalculateincometaxincludingtaxcostestimate,taxfilingatthetaxyearendandresolvequeriesfromassigneeorprojectmanagers.Theroleinvolvesensuringmobilityservicesaredeliveredfortheindividual,theprojectmanagement,theAccentureorganization,CBF,CFMandHR.

Participateinteaminitiativesforprocessimprovement,makesuggestionsonprocessimprovements&developmentofinternaltoolsIncreaseclients’satisfactiononthedeliveryofcompensationservice

BusinessOperator

Understandglobalaswellaslocalrelocation&transferpolicies&assistresourcesinunderstandingthepolicies.Accountableforensuringthedeliveryofhighqualitytaxservice,andmeetingalldeliverablerequirementsHandsonworkingonRMSCtooltorecordpre-assignmenttopostassignmentactivities.Preparevariousdocumentsfortaxcalculations,TaxCostEstimateetc.asrequired.Assistresourcesonsocialtax&personalincometaxapplicabilityinhostcountry.Analyzethetaximplicationsandpreparetaxcostestimateinformation.Coordinatewithtaxconsultantswhereverrequired.AssistwithrelatedspecialprojectsandvariousoperationaltasksasneededPreparead-hocanalysisandreportsasrequested.Developknowledgeandunderstandingofperformancemetricsandstrivetomeetandexceedthem.Needbasedreporting/decisionmakingWorkwithotherfunctions/teamstoresolveissuesinatimelymannerReportissues,projects,andprocessingstatustoteamleadstimely
