TaketheleadroleindevelopingthebusinessandvaluepropositionwithintheRegion&targetedproduct&technologyareas.Definethemarketneeds,growthpotential,targetedapplicationsandstrategicaccounts(OEMs&molders)toacceleratemarketpenetration.Understandissuesandthreatsanddevelopplanstoeliminatebarriers.

Fullyunderstandregionalmarkettrends,applicationrequirementsandcustomerneedsaswellasDomo’spotentialwithinthetargetedproduct/technologyareas.Becomeanindustryandproductexperttohelpleveragesuccessesacrosstheindustry.

2.MarketDevelopment

AssistDOMOteaminobtainingspecificationsforourproductsandservicesattheOEMlevelwithinthetargetedindustry.

DevelopRegionalOEMaccountrelationships,identifyopportunitiesandcapturethespecificationforDomo’sproductsandservicesatstrategicOEMaccountswithinassignedindustryorterritory.ProvidelinkagetoInternationalteamasnecessarytoinsureglobalsupportonkeycustomergrowthprograms.

Coordinateandprovidecommercialfocustoagentanddistributoreffortsasneeded.

ImplementDomo’sproduct,pricingandmarketstrategies.

Linktotheprocessorandglobalpartners.CoordinatecloselywithBUtechnicalsalesandcustomeroperations.

CoachandorganizeProducttrainingwithregionaldistributorsandagenttoachievethedesiredEMsalesgoals.

DrivestrategythroughtheRegionanddistributiongroups.

Implementproduct/pricingstrategiesandbusinesspracticesasappropriate.

3.Manageexpensesandreportinatimelyfashion.
