岗位职责：
1.GLAccounting
总账核算
1）Managedaytodayaccountingtransactionprocess.Identifynon-complianceofaccountingtreatment
管理日常会计实务，识别会计账务处理过程中出现的问题并追踪动态。
2）Fullyrespondformonthlyclosingandfinancialreporting
负责月度结账及财务报告
3）Maintainandcheckamasterlistofjournalentries
维护并审核主要的会计凭证
2.Businessplananalysisandcontrol
预算分析及控制
1）InvolveintheannualBPprocessandberesponsibleforBPreviewandfollow-uponthebudgetresults.
参与编制年度预算并负责跟踪预算的执行情况
2）Monthlyanalysisactualvs.budgetandcommunicatewitheachcostcenter,providesuggestiononbusinessperformance.
月度分析预算与实际费用情况，并与各部门沟通，提出建议或措施
3.Costcontrol
成本控制
1）AnalysisBOMmaterialcostandoverheadvarianceandfollowup
分析BOM原材料成本及制造费用差异并跟踪
2）Calculateanddoublechecktheproductionorderandthedetailsofcomponentwithdraw
生产订单、日计划及领料单的检查与核算
3）R&Dcostcontrolincludingmaterialandotherexpense
研发成本的控制，包括研发材料及其他的费用
4）Supportbusinessanalystonmanagementreportspreparation
管理报告中对业务的分析
4.MaintainERPdata
维护ERP数据信息
5.Completeotherworkfromfinancedirector.
完成财务总监交付的其他工作
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，财务相关专业；
2.5年以上财务工作经验，必须具有制造型企业财务工作经验，熟悉制造型企业的业务运营模式；
3.良好的工作主动性和问题解决能力；
4.适应快节奏的工作模式，具有一定的抗压性；
5.具有良好的英语基础者较佳，熟悉国际会计准则者较佳。
