任职要求:

1.DegreeinCulinaryArtsfromarecognizedinstitutionoronthejobexperience(Apprenticeshipwithcontinuousself-education)Preferredtertiarydegreeinhotelmanagementorbrandmanagementorbusiness

2.Minimum5year’sleadershipexperienceor5yearsworkingexperienceinculinaryartsinland-basedhoteland/orcruiseshipcatering.

3.Mustbewell-versedinmodernandclassicalcookingtechniquesandsimultaneouslybeinnovative,havingapulseoncurrentculinarytrends.

4.StrongunderstandingandhighproficiencyrelatedtofoodcostandgeneralP&Lprinciplesandforms.Proficientinoperatingcostcontrolactivities.

5.Hightechnicalproficiencywithallculinaryactivitiesandsections.Strongabilitytodevelopanddocumentculturalandregionalrecipes,menusandoperationalprocedures.

6.Proficientintraining,supervisingandevaluatingemployees.

7.Strongabilitytoread,interpretandfollowworkrules,standardoperatingproceduresandspecificationsinEnglish.

8.Strongabilitytoplan,organizeandcompleteworkinaccordancewithtimedeadlines.

9.KnowledgeofMicrosoftOffice
