厂务维修工作职责
岗位职责：
_Thepositionisresponsibleforthefacilityoperation、maintenanceandimprovementofallplantutilityequipment.Energymanagement。Keepingtheutilityequipmentrunninginstablestatus
该职位负责全厂范围公用工程厂务设施运行、维护、改进及能源管理。保证生产所需
的电力、蒸汽、水及压缩空气等正常稳定供应。
_Supportotherdepartmentsonengineeringrelatedsideandprovideadequate
assistance.
积极配合其他部门，搞好各项工作。
_Conducttheroutinefacilityandproductionequipmentmaintenance,handle
machineryemergencybreakdownforallthefacilities.Includingboiler,powersystem,chiller,coolingsystem,compressedair,purifiedwater,WFIloopandproductionrelatedsterilizationandpackingareas.
依据每天实际情况及时安排修理和保养工厂的工程设备,和生产设备,如锅炉系统,电力
系统,制冷系统,冷却系统,压缩空气系统,纯水和蒸馏水系统,以及生产线,包装线和灭菌设
备的维修。
_Conductthedailyequipmentinspectioneveryday.Checkthewaterlevelofthecoolingtank,keepfiltersindueusagetime.Monitortheequipmentstatusandguaranteeingoodrunningcondition.Handlepipingworksinplant.
每日巡视维修车间照明和设备的情况，检查冷却水池的水位，监督冷却设备的运行情
况并及时更换过滤器，在第一时间处理全厂管道的跑，冒，滴，漏。
_Checkthemicebaitandpestkillerstatus,takeactionifthereexistsabnormal.Coordinatethetotalpestcontrolplanbeeffectivelyimplemented.
每周检查鼠药和灭蝇灯的情况，保证工厂虫害控制的正常运行。
_Makeallnecessaryinstrumentsforallfacilityneeds.
为各部门制作各种器具和相应的维护维修。
_Maintaintheengineeringareascleanandneat.
负责，维持工作区域内卫生。
_Observeandmonitorbehavior,providefeedbackforatriskbehaviorandreinforcesafebehaviorsinordertopreventaccidents.
遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈,加强安全行为,避免事故发生。
_ObtainappropriateEHStrainingandreportincidentsofnoncompliancewithEHSlawsandrequirementsorfailuretocarryoutEHSesponsibilities,whichendangertheenvironmentorpeople.
接受相应的EHS培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。
_UnderstandandimplementBaxter,divisionandregulatoryEHSrequirementsasapplicabletothisposition.
理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。
_AccomplishassignedjobsbyFacilitySupervisorandUtilityCoordinator.
完成厂务主管和设施协调员布置的各项工作
任职要求：
_Professionalschoolaboveinrelatedmajorand2+yearsworkingexperiencerelated.
相关专业中专以上学历，至少具有两年以上相关工作经验。
_Behonest,independent,carefulandresponsible.
为人诚实，独立性强，工作仔细、认真、踏实。
_Begoodatcoordination.
具有良好的协调工作能力。
_Certificationofelectrician(highlevel).
