Customs Specialist工作职责
岗位职责：
1.负责货物的进出口清关及报检的操作及监管，及时按规定办理与进出口相关的批文与单证

2.管理并监控进出口清关过程，确保清关手续合规，货物能及时清关完毕并送达仓库
Manageandmonitortheclearanceprocessofimportandexport,ensurecustomsclearanceprocessclearandlegal,goodscanbeclearedanddelivertowarehouseintime
3.申请关税和增值税的支付及与清关过程相关的费用结算

4.加工贸易手册的备案、办理、核销，及帐实平衡的数据监控，差异分析
Manualrecordofprocessingtrade,processing,verification,balanceanddifferenceanalysisofthedata
5.跟进订单的交期，与业务员确认出货方式。如订单生产过程中有异常或者交期延迟，及时通知相关人员

6.根据客户确认的出货方式订舱，安排海运，空运，国际快递等

7.建立和维护高效和健全的进出口体系
Tosetupandmaintainaneffectiveandsoundimport&exportsystem
8.支持和解决所有进出口物流运输的相关问题

9.和海关以及中国检验局维护良好的关系
TomaintaingoodworkingrelationwiththeCustomsandtheCCIB;
10.对报关行及货代绩效进行评估分析，促使其提升清关效率，改进服务质量
ToconductperiodicsurveyonForwardersandCustomsBrokers.
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，经济、贸易、物流类专业
Collegedegreeorabove,majorineconomy,internationaltradeandlogistics.
2.有相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑
Workingexperienceinrelatedfieldofforeigncompanyispreferred
3.熟悉相关报关流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规，持有报关员资格证者优先
Familiarwithrelevantcustomsclearanceprocedures,familiarwithrelevantnationallawsandregulations,andthecertificationofcustomsdeclarerispreferred
4.较强的自学能力与沟通能力，以及团队合作精神，具有一定英语能力
Strongself-learningabilityandcommunicationskills,aswellasteamworkspirit,withagoodEnglishability.
