岗位职责：
MainTasks&Responsibilities:UnderthesupervisionofChinaCFOandfunctionallyreporttoGroupInternalAuditdirectorinParis,lead1internalauditorto:>defineChinaannualauditplanswiththeriskbasisapproach(communicationwiththeGroupInternalAuditismandatory)andhaveitimplemented;>leadandperforminternalauditmissionsinaccordancewiththeGroupproceduresandmethodologies,analyzeallbusinessprocessesincludingsales,purchase,inventory,fixedassets,HR,IT,taxation,andfinancialreporting;>ensuretheauditrecommendationsarebusiness-optimizedandeffectivelyimplementedbytheoperationalteamtoremediatetheICweaknesses/economicalinefficiencyidentifiedduringtheaudit;>activelyparticipateinthegroupinternalauditmissions..>coordinateandanimatetheyearlyinternalcontrolself-evaluation(soxapproach)>supportChinaCFOtodeploythecomplianceprograminChinesesubsidiaries>benchmarkChineseentitiesandsharebestpractices>otheradhocmissions
任职要求：
Education/Experience/Skills/OthersRequired:Skills+10yearsworkingexperiences,including+2yearsinamajorCPAfirm.Operationalexperiencesinamanufacturingentityismandatory(FPNAexperience1-2years).OrganizationAbilityinworkinginamultinationalandmulticulturalenvironment.Abilityindealingwithbothhierarchicalandfunctionallinks.InternalcommunicationWithinitsactivitiesorduringgroupwork,promoteopenexchangesandanimatethegroupbycreatingorcontributingtoitsdynamics.Beabletoworkeitheraloneorwithinateam,andinteractwithpersonshavingdifferentpositions.ExternalcommunicationBeabletoadapthismessages,inaccordancewiththeneedsofthecompanyortherequirementsofathirdparty(customers,suppliers,relatedparties,),inordertoinformandquestionthethirdpartywhilecommunicatingapositiveimageofthecompany.Additionalinformation>financialcultureandinternalcontrolknowledge;>professionalpracticeofEnglish;>autonomyandsynthesisabilities.>businesstravel:50%
