Corporate Background
CompuNet Systems Solutions, Inc. ("the Company") provides turnkey networking solutions
to small to midsize companies as well as educational institutions from grades K-12 through
out the United States. It was founded in 1994 to provide networking products and services
to various companies. The founder of the company is a former Amdahl systems engineer with
over 20 years of combined experience in computer from mainframe to personal computer. The
corporate headquarters is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose, California
U.S.A. A branch office in Asia is in the center of Manila, Philippines.

Chairman & President
Rex Gacad founded CompuNet in June of 1994. Previously he served as a systems engineer at
Amdahl Corporation where he was responsible for systems integration, system level machine
testing and troubleshooting of mainframe computers. Prior to that, he was a network engineer
for Carrot Technologies of San Francisco, CA., Seagate Corporation and Edge Information Systems.
